We left Pennsylvania on Tuesday afternoon in an effort to beat the impending storm. The drive took 9.5 hours (it usually takes about 6). Tim drove the whole way and was so patient. On his birthday, no less! Below, our view for 4 hours in New Jersey:
Above: Moz at Grumpy’s (homemade hash, eggs and beans), plugged in, Ross squishes me with his bony backside, Corporation at sunset, it’s not summer anymore, brazen wild turkey, cards after a spectacular meal at the Pheasant (oysters and swordfish), Ross reads his future, holiday shopping in Dennis village.
Last night, we had our annual post Thanksgiving Thanksgiving at the Js, which included excellent food, great company, and a certain Moz driving Jeremy’s GTI.
Today, I had a lovely lunch with Natalie and her nana, and Tim braved the crowds at Wrentham. It’s been a great break! We are heading back to Pennsylvania tomorrow. Back in 3 weeks!
