Our neighbors just checked our Tampa house—the power is on and we do not have damage. We are so fortunate and grateful. We are returning on Sunday morning and it is such a relief to have minimal cleanup. We haven’t heard from our schools yet, but we anticipate that we will be back to class on Monday.
Our hearts are with those in Naples and Fort Myers. These storms are becoming so powerful and unpredictable. The photos coming out of southwest Florida are heartbreaking.
